Why wouldn't you make a G8 coupe?! Has anyone at GM thought about the other coupes in the Pontiac line??

G5's are available at less than $16k, msrp for base models, most expensive GT in my area is msrp $22970. Can't believe where you are the dealers get a $5000 markup on these. The G5 will not handle like a G8, but it is better than the Sunfire it replaced. Maybe you meant G6.

Too Close

Sorry man... I was referring to the Higher End G6 with the chrome grills and Hammerhead...... hell man, all of these Damn Gs mixes me up from time to time. Why couldn't time be simpler with a name for each one of these damn vehicles.

I guess GM was shooting for a 4 door sedan when it came to the G8 selling to families, while leaving their G6 coupe sport line for those who want single driver vehicle... As I stated, the G6 handles poorly, no 300 horse motor, though it has super body form with that hammerhead!!!! $27000 MSRP is too close to the G8 for my liking.

But shit, once you drive a G8, how could you even want a G6 with MPG is so close along with pricing.

I don't have much security knowing that G5 and G6 are US manufactured. Today, the Vibe along with it's Toyota counterpart has a recall of 650,000... Sucks!!!

Australian made and term of Run was a factor in my purchase of a G8.
