so it happen 4 times already, WOT and car goes into safe mode and shuts off

p1515
p2101
p2119
now i did have a tune on there. Diablo Predator tune. now its back to stock and when you go WOT car shuts off and says safe mode. power reduced. but it shuts off.
where should i begin to look
mods are/were
Diablo Tune 91 octane tune
mid pipe gone, 2 flowmasters
CAI (made at a shop no name)
any help here
