Working on a deal for a 2009 G8 V6, 29k miles...

Are there any concerns with reliability, specifically any warranty work that may be needed. I spoke to a couple of Chevy dealers and they stated they would honor the Pontiac (GM) warranty. I'm leery.

Obviously this is not an economy vehicle but what can I expect real world mileage for the 3.6 engine?

Otherwise, only one test drive and I love it...a lot beefier than my Jetta Wolfsburg.

Just wondering if this is an obsolete forum since the demise of Pontiac and the G8...please advise.
