If I add a cold air intake how much will it increase hp. Also i heard that you can add a bluetooth module from the dealer to give you factory bluetooth. Is this true??

the k & N cold air says 10.68 hp. and i havnt heard about the blue tooth gadget. i know i have onstar but the bluetooth wasnt included for me.
