If it doesn't already have bluetooth installed and you're not interested in using Onstar then one good option is a COSTAR BLUESTAR chip. It takes over your onstar system and uses it for your bluetooth phone. THere's a good thread on it here somewhere about it. Seems like a good product at a decent price ($270ish).

I just bought a 2009 G8, how do I go about installing Bluetooth ?
You can use an adapter and the AUX in on the radio. I got mine from Amazon.
