Florida G8 floor board/door full of water

Last weekend we had 2 days of steady rain here in Southwest Florida, my wifes 08 G8 GT sat outside. Has anyone else had the drain holes in your doors fill up with slug/dirt so much that you had to shop vac 3 gallon of water out of the floor board and door? Wish I had taken a picture to show how much slug was in the bottom of the door for no apparent reason. Replace door/felt trim? Will be removing the other 3 panels for cleaning. I'd check yours by running your finger along the bottom of door behind the rubber trim, you will feel two 1/2 inch slits and see how much dirt comes out on your finger. This was actually a blessing, it showed us that when it rains just a little we been getting water sitting in the lower part of the door/doors and that leads to rust and nobody got time for that.

FYI, we bought it new in 08 so we know the usage history and it's just regular day to day driving.
