Why is my steering wheel shake at high speed?

It's a 2009 Pontiac G8. The steering wheel shakes at high speeds, around 55-70.

I replaced the front stocks with struts last week because they were bad, but I didn't replace the rear shocks. So is it possible that the rear shocks is the problem Mb Star C4 Diagnostic?

The four tires are new. I also did alignment, but didn't solve the problem.

Are all your tires balanced?

Have you ever checked a curb with a wheel?

How new are your rotors?

Could the rotors be warped?

What kind of speeds are we talking?

Is it on all roads or particular ones only?
