Default Vararam Install Problem

VARARAM does not seem to sit properly over rad. I have the front flange resting on ac condenser as specified, rerouted hoses underneath the VR unit and it still won't push down further. Interferes with hood. Any thoughts?

Make sure the cooling fan connector is released from the tab on the cooling fan so the radiator will tilt back a bit further.

I had an issue with it sealing well under it. Does yours have a plastic brace keeping the opening open on the bottom. It seems to fit over the radiator well, just all the plastic gets bent/pushed around. Once I was sent one with the plastic bracing all was well.
