Default Ported throttle body...to do or not to do?

I'm a newb to the board and have only owned my g8 gt for 3 weeks. Unfortunately I have a sickness where I can't leave anything alone ( which we all probably do) .I'm just curious if anyone has ported the tb with positive results.

I did it on my trailblazer ss and it made a world of difference with throttle response but fell short on the performance aspect due to the design of the intake manifold. The other oddity I would have is occasionally it would have a difficult time starting, or start and idle reall low and catch. I'm getting my vector tune tomorrow which I'd like to let them know if I'm going to do it and the rotorfab is already installed.

I did mine while I had it off for the DOD delete and new cam. Just porting the throttle body alone? Probably not worth it. But combined with something else? Maybe. JMO!
