Question Two-Tone Trim

My good Sir,

What's the good word on those G8s with the two-tone seats? I'm not saying that they anymore appealing than single tone, but they are unique. I have yet to see the two tone trim in person. What I notice that all the vehicle shipped so far are single tone.

I'm also curious to know if Pontiac will markup up for the two-tone. I'm sure that more single drivers will go for the purchase of the two-tone.

There's no cost premium for two tone. I like the look with the two tone. The black only is too monochrome for me.

The two tone trim really makes the interior pop, I get lots of complements on how it looks, from young to old. I am really glad I got it, I did see it on the MGM and it didn't look as good to me.

No premium on sticker price, just a check off box.

Here are some pics:

I think the black leather trim is more upmarket to compete with the BMW 5 series, but I do like the look of the sportier 2 tone. I think I should have waited for the 2 tone to match my red exterior
Did you get the 2 tone shift knob & steering wheel ?

Thumbs up Getting One

Thanks for sharing the pics.... the seating really pops with the red. Maybe it's just my luck, I have not seen a two tone at my dealerships at all even though they have moved 6 or more G8s.

You my friend are fortunate on getting your hands on one!

Does anyone have pics of the two tone cloth seats? I haven’t seen them yet and I'm probably going to buy one.

Lambert in Cuyahoga Falls, OH shows a gray GT with cloth two/tone in the locator. But when you click on the window sticker it comes up onyx. Might be worth a call. That's a short less than 2 hr drive.

Premier in Morgantown also shows onyx/red cloth on a GT but window sticker comes up not.

Warning: If you get the red/black interior people still stare and be inclined to compliment the car.

LOL

Like that is a bad thing, right?

Get floormats to match the two tone and watch the interior "Pop". Custom Auto Accessories offers an exact match.
