XM Radio

I've had the G8 barely over a week. The dealership didn't activate the XM radio because I had to leave. I figured I could activate it. BUT, the instructions say to tune to channel 0. I can't find channel 0. I only get channel 1 and 247. It doesn't tune up or down. So, I'm lost on what to do. I think I'll take it the local dealer tomorrow.

The XM folks said to tune to channel 0 and when I said I couldn't, they basically said they couldn't be help because they weren't familiar with the radio.

Can anyone help me?

I figured it out. The problem was that my radio was set in category mode and that wouldn't allow me to see the 8 character code I needed to activate the XM.
