Hello to all. I'm a newbie to the G8 and this forum. I bought a '09 GT yesterday. What can I say, I love it. However, I hate the front license plate bracket.
I removed all the screws and thought it would just come off. I did this at the dealer. He said it's riveted on there. Is this true? How can I remove this ugly appendage?
You can drill out the rivited and then plug their holes (hopefully not new drill holes) in the bumper with some bumps designed to fill the space.
