Default 138 Mph Max

I took my G8 GT To max speed at 138mph. Got there quick but I know the computer is regulated anyone here knows what to do about this? Thanks

U have to get the car tuned that will remove the regulated

But beware, your tires are not rated for as high as you want to go, and if you have any mechanical failure GM might be able to point to removal of speed and rev limiters as contributory.

PCMperformance.com they are great people to work with, I had them do the tune on my 96 Impala SS. They can tweek shift points, add line pressure to the trans, adjust for different wheels(size) to keep the speedo in line, adjust the fuel map Etc... I know their are other companys out there that also do it, but I have no first hand knowledge of them. Pull up there web site it gives alot more detail. Alex is good people. - Lance
