Question 08 problems?

Im getting ready to buy, and was just wondering if anyone knows of any problems(mechanical or otherwise) the 08 g8 has that have been fixed on the 09s. Sometimes the first year model has a lot of "bugs". Thanks.

i've read on other forums of gas caps causing the engine light to come on, only to then be replaced and with further review it is gas TANKS going south. like i said, i've read in other forums about this, it hasn't happened to me...but something to think about. i've only had a cruise control issue but it was very temporary. it works fine now
