Does anyone know what the oil type used for initial new engine factory fill (and breakin period) for the G8 GT and v6? I read on the mobilone.com page (under initial fill link) that the GXP comes prefilled with Mobil1 synthetic (5W-30 I guess). That follows the Corvette practice. I wonder if this translates to other engines in the G8 as well.??
