New Member with Questions

Hi All. I am Mike and I have just purchased a 2009 Panther Black GT. I've been looking for 2 years now and finally pulled the trigger. I have a question about aftermarket keys. I found a site that sells the switchblade keys and was wondering of any other would work besides the "offical" key. I found https://www.ikeyless.com/business-gr...ew/?id=1001710 and was wondering if I could get it and have it programmed for my G8. The fob looks like it is for the new Chevy's. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an 09 as well and when I bought it used a few months ago it came with the standard key and a switchblade fob key both are Pontiac keys so not sure about programming other keys
